Revised Notice for Books & Stationery Sale 2026-2027

Dear Parents,
Kindly note that for school books and stationery for the new session order can be placed online and it will be supplied by ‘Vidya Mandir’.

The schedule for online purchase and delivery of books and stationery are as follows: Order Time: 10.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. (Except 07.03.26, 16.03.26 & 21.03.26 Time - 1.00 p.m. to 9.00 p. m.)

Steps to follow for placing order:

Step 1) Please visit the site ‘https://www.thevidyamandir.com’ and ‘Sign in with four zero and four digit Enroll number example ‘00001111’ and password by default ‘123456’ (if no changes)’. The links for a particular class will be activated only on the specified dates. Order will only be accepted on the specified dates.

Step 2) Select ‘Common’ option for Classes ‘Nursery & Lower KG’, select ‘Hindi or Bengali’ option for classes ‘Upper KG to VIII’ and select ‘Group’ option for classes ‘IX to XII’ for order of books & stationery.

Step 3) Now carefully select the books and stationery as per your requirement.

Step 4) After successful payment, don’t refresh or exit & wait for some time, you will get an ‘Order Number’ by email & SMS. Save that order number to collect the books and stationery from the school.

Step 5) To get the books and stationery from the school, show the order number to collect books and stationery at the delivery counter.

Step 6) Your books will be ready for delivery only as per the schedule.

Step 7) Delivery time at school will be between 10.00 a.m. and 02.00 p.m. (Except 09.03.2026 & 16.03.2026 Time - 11.30 a.m. to 3.30 p. m.)

Step 8) Kindly maintain the date and timing of the delivery of books and stationery.

Step 9) Only single person is allowed to come and collect the books and stationeries.

Step 10) Payment mode is digital and has to be made directly to the vendors.

Step 11) The vendor is solely responsible for any technical or logistical glitch.

Step 12) If anyone misses the date of booking, they can book their order on the last day, i.e. 23.03.2026 & 24.03.2026

Note: - For consistency, it is recommended that the uniforms and shoes should be purchased from:

ALL 4 SCHOOL: For uniforms of all classes except activity and Scout uniforms. School shoes should be one of the following models: 1) Bata Golatech, 2) Bata Speed (only up to size 10 would be available at this outlet. For sizes above 10, parents may purchase any other brand similar to the models mentioned above from other vendors. Contact Person: Mr. Ashish Mittal (9007791158).

Visit at the school campus as per the scheduled delivery date and time between 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (Except 09.03.2026 & 16.03.2026)

Note: - Please pay the fees for the month of April 2026 before collecting the books & stationery from school counter.
